At Web Savanna, we believe in building strong, mutually beneficial partnerships with developers, freelancers, and agencies. Our Partner Program is designed to reward you for bringing your clients to our high-performance hosting platform by providing a steady, transparent, and long-term stream of passive revenue.
Below are the official terms, guidelines, and operating procedures for the Web Savanna Affiliate Program.
10% Lifetime Recurring Commission: You earn a 10% commission on the net hosting invoice value for every referral. This applies to both the initial purchase and all future recurring renewals (monthly or annually) for the lifetime of the active account.
100% Free to Join: There are no sign-up fees, registration costs, or mandatory hosting purchases required to become a partner.
No Sales Quotas: You are not required to maintain a minimum number of referrals to keep earning your recurring commissions.
Commissions apply to all recurring Web Savanna Shared and Application (Node.js/Python).
Exclusions: One-time domain name registrations/transfers, third-party software licenses, and one-time custom setup fees are non-commissionable.
Tracking Cookie: When a user clicks your unique affiliate link, a tracking cookie is placed on their browser valid for 90 days. If they register or purchase any hosting package within 90 days, the referral will automatically be assigned to your partner account.
Real-Time Dashboard: You can track your clicks, pending signups, active client conversions, and total accumulated balance inside your Web Savanna Client Portal under the Affiliates tab.
Minimum Withdrawal: You can request a payout once your approved earnings reach $50.00 USD (or the equivalent local currency value at the time of payout).
30-Day Commission Delay: To protect against chargebacks, cancellations, or money-back guarantee refunds, commissions are marked as "Pending" for 30 days following a client's invoice payment. Once cleared, funds are moved to your available balance.
Payout Methods: Payouts can be requested via Direct Nigerian Bank Transfer, Crypto, Paypal, or applied directly as account credit toward your own Web Savanna invoices.
To maintain the integrity of our network, partners must adhere to the following rules:
Self-Referrals: You may not use your own affiliate link to purchase hosting for your primary personal account to claim a discount. However, agencies and freelancers managing separate client accounts and billing profiles are fully eligible to earn commissions on those client accounts.
Paid Search / Keyword Rules: Partners are strictly prohibited from bidding on "Web Savanna" or branded variations in pay-per-click (PPC) search engine ads (e.g., Google Ads).
Spam Policy: Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam), aggressive forum spamming, or misleading advertisements featuring your link will result in immediate termination from the partner program and forfeiture of unpaid balance.
Log into your Web Savanna Client Portal.
Navigate to Affiliates in the top navigation bar and click Activate Affiliate Account.
Copy your unique tracking link and start sharing it with your clients, embedding it in your web projects, or adding it to your site footer!
